From remodeling our deck and bathrooms to adding 1,200 square feet of finished living space, Lonia Construction transformed our home from top to bottom with elegant craftsmanship and reliable cost management.
We first came to appreciate Lonia Construction when they replaced our old deck posts then decking with Trex on the second floor and installed a lovely paver patio below making it a spacious screened- in porch under the deck.
Second, they completely transformed the unfinished bonus room over our 2-car garage into a bedroom, pocket office and walk in closet. Then came our 30-year-old upstairs bathrooms and master bedroom which were given new style and utility with built-ins for additional storage, a much-needed upgrade much more elegant than we had anticipated. Through all of this Leon was conscious of costs and gave us a written estimates as we went.
Next a lovely living space was created in our unfinished basement. It was truly an extraordinary transformation. We now have an additional 1,200 square feet because of Lonia’s vision and craftsmanship.
Lastly, they have a network of like-minded craftsmen who are professional licensed plumbers, electricians and tilers who bring the same level skill and intensity to their crafts that Leon does.
